What Church is, What church isn't

Last year in a few sermons we looked at what church isn't and what it is.  As we begin our Sunday gatherings again for 2011 I thought I would post a summary as a reminder for me as well:

Church is Not Church Is
A Commodity to be Consumed A Covenant Community
A Program to be Purchased A People we are a Part of
A 'fing'(thing) to be facilitated Family in which we fellowship

Church is a Covenant Community
Created by Connection to Christ
